The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday 22 June, 5.00pm ? 7.00pm in the Palm Ballroom, Level 4, Holiday Inn, Surfers Paradise. The trade exhibition, demonstration area and poster session will also be open.

The Conference Dinner will be held at the Australian Outback Spectacular. Enjoy a unique and exciting evening dinner show filled with outback music, drama and action with this major Aussie production incorporating up to 40 Australian stock horses, and an exciting array of skilled Australian stockmen and women. The show is set in an enclosed arena featuring a one and a half hour extravaganza with spectacular audio and visual effects as well as a three-course Australian BBQ dinner. Beer, wine and soft drink are served throughout the show.

On this two and a half hour cruise you will have the chance to see the humpback whales frolicking in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. Experience a drive past cane fields and some of Australia's most spectacular National Parks and coastal regions from the Gold Coast and down into Northern New South Wales. In the morning we will visit Tropical Fruit World for a tour of their extensive fruit plantation. Try fruit straight from the trees and shop for natural products in their 'tropicoligy' shop. After this you will travel to Byron Bay, the most easterly point in Australia which is an art and craft Mecca that is home to local artists and hippies even today. You will enjoy lunch at the Hog's Breath Cafe before venturing up to the landmark lighthouse. Byron Bay lighthouse is situated at Australia's most easterly point, and on most days you will be able to watch groups of dolphins and the occasional giant sea turtle frolicking in the waters at below the cliffs.

O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat is nestled in subtropical rainforest surrounded by World Heritage listed Lamington National Park. Travel via Canungra Valley Vineyard where you will experience wine tasting and a leisurely picnic basket lunch in the picturesque grounds. Feed the Crimson Lorikeets and King Parrots and experience the Tree Top Walk. The first of its kind in Australia, it is 180 metres in length and is made up of 9 suspension bridges, with much of the walkway being 15 metres above the ground and allows you to walk through the canopy to see flowering and fruiting trees and vines, the epiphytic orchids and ferns, and the birds and animals that inhabit the tree tops. On the way back to Surfers Paradise, you will drop in to a local Alpaca farm and meet these gorgeous creatures.
