A reduced rate has been secured for members of ACM/SIG and IEEE. If you are not a member of these associations please register at the non-member rate. If registering at the membership rate please indicate which association you are a member of and include your membership details. You must be a member at the time of registering.
**Student Registration.
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be currently studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
***Half Day Tutorial or Half Day Workshop.
This registration includes morning or afternoon tea, as applicable, but does not include lunch.
Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Payment may be made by cheque, TT or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to AST Management Pty Ltd.
Payments by direct credit transfer should be deposited into the following bank account:
Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. Cheques must arrive at the conference postal address, AUSTRALIA no later than the 1st June 2010.
Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Registration Fees - Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Early bird registration fees must be paid in full by 30th April to receive the discount. Unpaid registrations on that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate. Cancellations received in writing prior to 5 pm on Friday, 21 May, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. After this date there will be no refunds made.
As an alternative to cancellation of your registration, it is permissible to substitute another delegate up to 15 days prior to the conference free of charge. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a $20.00 transfer fee. Other amendments to registration and/or accommodation bookings must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to AST Management Pty Ltd.© 2010 The University of Queensland
